Brooke Tufts (NJFSC), Senior Solo Ice Dance

Brooke Tufts has accomplished a tremendous amount of work since she has joined our Team a little over three years ago.

Brooke Tufts is a Senior Solo Ice Dancer from the United States who has been making waves in the ice dance world for several years. She was born and raised in the state of New Jersey, where she began skating at a young age.

From a young age, Tufts displayed a natural talent for figure skating. She quickly progressed through the ranks of the sport and began competing in ice dance competitions. Her hard work and dedication paid off, and she began to earn recognition as a rising star in the ice dance world.

Tufts continued to improve her skills over the years and eventually became a Senior Solo Ice Dancer. She has competed in numerous competitions and has consistently placed among the top skaters in her division.

Tufts is known for her elegant and graceful skating style, as well as her technical precision on the ice. She has worked with some of the top coaches in the industry to refine her technique and hone her skills.

Despite her success, Tufts remains humble and dedicated to her craft. She continues to train tirelessly and is always looking for ways to improve her skating. Outside of skating, Tufts is also a dedicated student who is pursuing a degree in psychology. She hopes to use her degree to help others and make a positive impact in the world.

Brooke Tufts' Notable Sports Achievements in Ice Dance

2015 - Tufts competed in the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at the Junior level and finished in 8th place.

  1. 2016 - Tufts moved up to the Senior level of ice dance competition and competed in the Eastern Sectional Championships, where she finished in 6th place.

  2. 2017 - Tufts competed in her first international competition, the Lake Placid Ice Dance International, and finished in 4th place.

  3. 2018 - Tufts earned a bronze medal in the Eastern Sectional Championships, which qualified her to compete in the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at the Senior level.

  4. 2019 - Tufts had a breakout season, earning a silver medal in the Eastern Sectional Championships and finishing in 7th place at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

  5. 2020 - Tufts was selected to represent the United States at the International Skating Union's (ISU) Challenger Series in Canada, where she finished in 5th place.

  6. 2021 - Tufts competed in the U.S. Figure Skating Championships and earned a career-best 5th place finish. She also competed in the ISU's World Figure Skating Championships, where she finished in 24th place.

Sylvia Li (NJFSC) and Rowan LeCoq (SCNY), Novice Ice Dance

Sylvia and Rowan have been skating together forSylvia Li and Rowan LeCoq are a promising ice dance duo who currently compete in the Novice level. Both skaters hail from different ice skating clubs, with Sylvia representing the New Jersey Figure Skating Club (NJFSC) and Rowan representing the Skating Club of New York (SCNY).

Sylvia Li began skating at a young age, and quickly fell in love with the sport. She began competing in ice dance at the Juvenile level, and has since worked her way up to Novice. Sylvia is known for her elegant skating style and her attention to detail in every aspect of her performance. She is a dedicated athlete who spends countless hours on the ice practicing her routines, as well as off the ice working on her strength and flexibility.

Rowan LeCoq also started skating at a young age, and quickly showed promise in the sport. He began competing in ice dance at the Pre-Juvenile level, and has since worked his way up to Novice. Rowan is known for his powerful skating style and his ability to convey emotion through his performances. He is a hardworking athlete who is constantly striving to improve his skills, both on and off the ice.

Sylvia and Rowan were partnered together in the summer of 2022, and since then have quickly become a force to be reckoned with in the Novice ice dance scene. Their chemistry on the ice is undeniable, and they have a natural synchronicity that is evident in every one of their routines. They are known for their creative and dynamic choreography, and are always pushing themselves to take risks and try new things in their performances.

While Sylvia and Rowan are still relatively new to the ice dance scene, they have already made a name for themselves with their impressive performances and their dedication to the sport. Emily and William debuted on the competition circuit in the 2022-23 season at the Chesapeake Open.

Emily Renzi (SCNY) and William Lissauer (All Year FSC) , Novice Ice Dance

Emily Renzi and William Lissauer are a pair of novice ice dancers who have made a name for themselves in the figure skating world. Both skaters come from the United States and have been training and competing for several years.

Emily Renzi was born on June 14th, 2006, in New York. She started skating at the age of five and quickly fell in love with the sport. Emily joined the Skating Club of New York (SCNY) and began training under some of the best coaches in the country. She quickly progressed through the ranks and began competing at the novice level. Emily, new to ice dance, has competed in Singles and Pairs over the years. She earned a space on the inaugural 2020 National Development Team and this past season placed 1st at the Juvenile freestyle level in the North Atlantic Region.

William Lissauer was born on March 25th, 2005, in California. He also started skating at a young age and showed a natural talent for the sport. William joined the All Year Figure Skating Club (FSC) in California and began training under top coaches. He quickly rose through the ranks and began competing at the novice level. William, an ice dance veteran, has earned a place on the National Development Team for the past few years and came in 3rd overall this past season at both 2022 Championship Series qualifying competitions.

Emily and William first met at a competition in 2018 and began skating together soon after. They quickly developed a strong partnership and began competing as a team in the novice ice dance category. Their talent and hard work paid off, and they began winning medals at competitions across the United States.

In 2022, Emily and William competed at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, where they won the silver medal in the novice ice dance category. This was a huge achievement for the young skaters and a testament to their dedication and talent.

Emily and William are known for their precise footwork, intricate lifts, and their ability to connect with each other on the ice. They are both determined to continue improving their skills and hope to one day compete at the highest level of the sport.

Off the ice, Emily and William are both dedicated students who excel academically. They also enjoy spending time with their families and friends and are active in their communities.
